We’ve all heard the expression that “good people are hard to find”, and they are especially so if your company doesn’t have a screening process in place to improve your chances of success. First, all candidates must be IRP-7 compliant with solid experience in their chosen fields. We believe that a good resume is just the first step to finding the right person but we don’t stop there; we want to speak to people that our field supervisors have worked for and have worked with. Going the extra distance to ensure that we have the right individual for our client’s projects is the norm for our company. We would much prefer to turn down an opportunity than to place someone who isn’t capable of getting the job done, doesn’t meet our client’s expectations and reflects poorly on our reputation.
