Wellsite Supervision

Codeco Consulting field staff are competent, experienced, well trained, safety orientated wellsite supervisors. Codeco knows that each type of drilling/completion job is different and we try to ensure that the supervisor on location is the best for that particular job. Codeco prides itself on quality rather than quantity when providing wellsite supervisors to our clients.

Drilling / Completions Supervisor Certificate Requirements

All of Codeco Consulting’s Wellsite Supervisors are IRP-7 compliant. IRP-7 establishes minimum competency standards for wellsite supervisors. It recommends that supervisors complete a full suite of industry designated courses every 3 to 5 years.

• Second Line Supervisor’s Well Control (2 yrs)
• Well Service Blowout Prevention (5 yrs)
• Detection and Control of Flammable Substances (3 yrs)
• WHMIS (3 yrs)

• TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods – 3 yrs)
• H2S Alive (3 yrs)
