Reagen Ekman, President

Reagen Ekman has over 10 years of industry experience. Since starting his career, he has held responsible positions in facility/pipeline construction, engineering, and project management for aggressive producers and consulting firms. Reagen has extensive experience in facility/operational engineering and construction activities. Reagen's knowledge in both the consulting side and producer's side of the oil and gas industry gives him a broad viewpoint on issues and solutions from both perspectives.

Reagen has experience in shallow and conventional gas production, gathering, compression, and sales systems. He is also familiar in heavy and light oil production, gathering and processing. His secondary recovery projects have included water floods and CO2 Injection schemes.

J. Royston (Roy) Broderick, P. Eng., Engineering Manager

Roy Broderick has over 30 years of industry experience. Since starting in the oil and gas industry he has held positions in the engineering, procurement, and construction management business (EPCM). These positions include Project Engineer, Project Manager, Manager of Engineering, and Vice President.

Roy has worked for various small and large EPCM organizations contributing his engineering and management skills to a team environment on several large projects. These projects include an Arctic Gas Plant, SAGD Facilities, Tar Sands, and several Gas Plants within Alberta.

Ronald J. Clements, P. Eng., Director

Ronald Clements has over 25 years of industry experience, commencing his oil and gas career in 1979. Ron began working as a Roughneck progressing to Driller on service rigs in Northern Alberta. He later attended Memorial University of Newfoundland and graduated with a B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. Ron resumed his career in the oil industry as an Operations Engineer with a major producing company stationed in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. In November of 1989 he moved to Calgary where he joined Codeco Consulting Inc. In 1994, he became a partner and Vice President of Codeco Consulting and assumed the role of President as of November 1, 2001. His oilfield experience is diverse, ranging from drilling, service rigs, production, completions/workovers, abandonments, facilities and project management.
